Just thought that I would update again. Our 4 way meeting has been set up for November 25th at 3pm. This is a meeting between me and him and our lawyers. This is what the judge wanted us to do to see if we can settle anything outside of court. Not sure that he will agree to anything. He will probably just sit there and stare me down yet again! Why do I always find the idiots!

So as you know today was court date #1. Ya nothing happened!! We presented the case and of course he’s trying to lie A LOT! He’s trying to say that he has to spend $20,000. a year on buisness expense. Ok um let me see he spends nothing on his work so what the hell. The Judge said that she wants us to have a 4 way meeting before our next court date. Ya that is December 2nd. That means that I get to still pay for the bills. Yep that means I still have to pay his car insurance! Ya that is so fair let me tell you! Regardless I’m moving Saturday. I’m basically going to let the house here go into forclosure. I just can’t afford the house and all the repairs. My lawyer brought up the fact that I have pictures of all the damage that was done. His lawyer claims that he too has pictures of the house when he left showing he did NO damage. Ya I guess that I somehow climbed on top the garage roof and drilled holes in it. It’s amazing that the holes are right where the dish was. I told my lawyer that I have plenty of people that can testify what the house looked like before I left and what it looked like when I came home.

He was so rude today too. I swear if looks could kill I would have died this morning. My lawyer said that he was about to say something about him staring me down with the death glare. Oh ya and his dad and step mom went with him today. Ya his dad was a rude (pardon my french) asshole! I was nice and let them out of the row in front of me and his dad let the door slam in my face. I just love how they call themselves Christians! Ya right. You hold the door open for strangers why slam it in my face.

I swear I feel just as bad now as I did when he first walked out. Right now I feel like crap! I know that I shouldn’t but I just do! I think that the day is catching up to me….I’m so tired!

Ok so I know that I haven’t been here lately and for that I appoligize. I have been keeping pretty busy lately! I wanted to drop by to show you all the “new” me! I wanted a change to start my new life over! Let me know what you all think!

The new me!

Well it’s been a few weeks I know! I have been getting by! I finally recieved a paycheck and a loan from my Aunt so I was able to pay up most of the bills. I’m still not sleeping or eating much at all. It’s still hard. My emotions are all out of wack. I never thought that anyone could be so cold and evil! The hardest part is my weekends right now. I never thought that I would say this but it’s hard when you don’t even feel like your welcome at church. I thought that I had many friends there but I guess not! He was the one that made this decision I didn’t have a choice since he never talked to me. I did find out that he has a porn addiction though. That has been hard to deal with too. Everyone tells me that its for the better but right now I just don’t see that! So far he’s been getting anything and everything (since he took everything that was mine when I was gone) and I have nothing. I guess the good thing is I won’t be called a bitch all the time anymore! As you can tell my mood is still not normal since but I do have the best friends and family around! Thanks too all who have kept me in their prayers and thoughts! Your the best friends/family that I could ever wish for!

Made it back from MIS. Unfortanutly my life became a living hell. Found out while I was in Michigan that my husband closed our checking account on me. I get home and he has moved out. Not only that but took pretty much everything from me. He even took my paycheck as well as my bonus check. He took a bunch of my die cast cars as well including two autographed ones. I was so thankful for all the help that I recieved from Penni, Tara and Andi. I feel bad that they had to even deal with this all. He completely destroyed the house. He left our shed wide open all weekend as well. I didn’t know that I could cry as much as I have or feel as bad as I do. He left me all the bills as well. I did do some research and found out that his address on the paperwork that I was served was just his grandma’s but he in fact has his own apartment. I feel like such a failure right now. I know that I will probably loose the house as well as everything else. He has put us so far in debt that it’s not even funny. Although I’m the one that has the bills mind you without my check cause he took that!! He also took my spare car key. I’m so afraid that he’s going to try taking my car. I stayed with Andi and her husband Bobby! The only good thing is that I have wonderful friends and family (even though I turned my back on some of them cause of the husband). I’m hoping to be able to talk to a lawyer real soon.

I officially started my vacation today! As many know that this weekend is our MIS weekend! Tara and Penni come in tomorrow morning! I’m so excited that I think that was part of the reason that I was awake at 4:30am this morning! I’m starting to get sleepy now though. Pete went to help his step mother with thier cleaning buisness so I sit here by myself. Which also helps make me sleepy. I took my car up this morning and got the oil changed and tires rotated. That way she’s ready to go to Michigan!! I have vacumed and cleaned everything here so the house is ready for company! I just can’t wait! I promise this much this weekend will be so much fun!!! I will try to update as much as I can!

Tara, Penni, Andi and I will be in Michigan!!! Ya I’m starting to really get excited! I so can’t wait! I have to do laundry this weekend so that I have some clothes to bring! I think that I’m going to “borrow” an idea from Penni (sort of) I’m going to make a list of my top 7 reasons (since in 7 days we will be there) why I LOVE going to Michigan International Speedway! So here it goes in no particular order!

1. Being able to get away and be with friends
2. Being able to watch the practice from just behind pit wall
3. Being able to be so close to the drivers and crews
4. The great fans that are there
5. All the autographs that we are able to get
6. The racing
7. Being able to actually walk on the start/finish line on Sunday

So far the weather is looking great this year. Last year this race was ran on Tuesday if you remember due to all the stinking rain they had. It will be a great time for all of us!!!

Only ten more days till Michigan!! Ya now I’m starting to get a little excited! Ok a lot excited!!! Tara and Penni will be here next Thursday! Hey girls can’t wait to hang out!

Found out that I again will be working Hineygate! Meaning that I will be on the Ohio State campus during all the home football games again! This will make my eighth year I think! I will be serving beer to a bunch of drunks all day! It’s a lot of work but I love to people watch so that is good! If only they would get a better band. Although that won’t happen. I wish they would at least change their act a little. It’s sad when you know all their corney jokes and songs about Put-In-Bay!

On a side note we found out that my Hubby’s cousin Chris found out that he doesn’t have to go to on another tour of duty! He was suposed to leave today for Kuiwat. He’s not been on the new base long enough to go though! Thank goodness! He’s got a baby due at the end of the year. We hope that he can be there to see it born! Also on a selfish note it would be nice to have him here for the holidays! He was in Iraq last year from November till May of this year!
